As our products are custom made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks before your item is dispatched. Following which, it will be delivered to you via one of our shipping partners. Delivery durations may vary, depending on delays due to COVID and throughout peak times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for AU only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Should you items arrive damaged or faulty, please liaise with us directly to rectify your order. Kindly email us with your order number and our team will look into it. Note that you must contact us strictly within 24 hours of your order being delivered for damaged items to ensure a prompt resolution with our manufacturing team.
